Need to talk to a person about their shoes
I have very wide foot I take size 2E shoe and the Brooks Max 2 Shoe comes only in two colors black and cream coconut. The cream coconut gets dirty so quick it would be nice if the company made a green and blue color too.

On my brooks running shoes they are falling apart the rubber around the sole is falling apart
Im a regular customer of up and running in stores all over the country..
Im very disappointed about whats happened to these shoes,
Hope you can look in to this for me please? Either give me a gift voucher or replace them

Resolved: Never received refund from a returned item.
I received an email today that my refund is otw. It shouldn't have taken this long, or me having to call CS to get my refund process started, but at least it's coming now. I can live with that.
I've been waiting for my refund of $140 to hit my CC since around 04/08/25. I finally decided to call last night, 04/18 to see what the issue was since Brooks received my return on 04/09. The rep looked up my order and said "oh, I'll send it through now." Wait,What?

I have bought at least 20 pairs of your shoes. I only buy the 20s or higher.
This last pair I bought from Academy Sports in Burlington, NC, is the most uncomfortable pair I have ever bought.

Hi there! A couple months ago I purchased a pair of brooks for my summer job at a golf course.
Very quickly I noticed signs of deterioration such as the tread on the bottoms of the shoes starting to peel off. I thought this was weird since it hadnt been that long since I purchased them and especially weird considering they are an expensive shoe.

I recently bought a pair of 10.5 men's Brooks Ghost road shoes at the REI in Scottsdale, AZ (off-white color). While I like the shoes very much, the laces are made out of a cheap hydrocarbon product which causes them to come undone after 20 or 30 steps.
These shoes replaced a pair of New Balance shoes with cotton laces, which never came undone, even when tied with a single knot. So now I am double knotting these Brooks shoes and am having to pull them so tight on the second knot, that it takes me five minutes to untie them when I get home.
I very rarely complain about consumer products, but this one just has me feeling very pissed off.

I want to cancel an order
I was not, as you term it, "pissed at Brooks". I wanted to call and ask you to cancel an order because my previous pair did not wear well in the toes and the shoelaces continued to untie when I was on my morning walk.
I tried to call your customer service number and I was asked various questions about why I was calling, my email, my phone number, and that made me mad.
I just wanted to call and speak to a human being and kindly ask them to cancel my new shoe order.
You have your rules and I don't have to like them.
I just didn't want to be "screened" prior to you accepting my call.
I later called you again and you took care of my request.
Thank you so very much. Have a blessed Christmas.

They took my money without my permission
The room smelt like smoke when we we check in we called down to the front desk but the person working was outside smoking and after we left they charged my card 250 $ I think this is a inside job they are tuning a scam

Trying to get replacement for defective glycerin GTS shoe purchased 7-27-23 for $171.20, Brooks refers me to pay $5.00 to join to have privilege of talking with brooks expert. This seems unreasonable.
Brooks failed to call me as they informed me and I have waited weeks without Brooks response they my request 850-333-****

Poor online and onsite service
I tried ordering running shoes. The order got canceled. After calling customer service, they hang up the phone many times, and they asked to go to store in order to buy those running shoes.
Kind of company that is ready to get out of market.
